About

Green Circle Element

Clearpath was founded on one simple realization: the biggest challenges in behavioral healthcare aren’t billing problems—they’re operational problems.

Long before launching Clearpath, we spent years building treatment organizations from every angle. Michael led admissions, business development, executive leadership, and call center operations, while Austyn led revenue cycle management, payer contracting, compliance, and operational strategy. Working together across 38 states, countless payer relationships, and every level of care, we learned that every part of an organization—from marketing and admissions to documentation, licensing, staffing, and reimbursement—is connected.

One night, it clicked.

Instead of offering another billing company, we could build the partner we always wished existed.

Today, Clearpath helps organizations do far more than submit claims. We guide providers through licensing, Medicaid enrollment, payer contracting, accreditation, survey preparation, admissions workflow design, EMR configuration, AI automation, software integrations, documentation templates, operational optimization, and complete revenue cycle management, all under one roof.

Austyn’s background in Chemical Engineering brings a systems-based approach that is rare in healthcare. By combining workflow engineering, predictive analytics, automation, and AI with years of executive leadership in behavioral health, she designs solutions that improve efficiency, maximize reimbursement, and eliminate operational bottlenecks before they happen. Her clinical foundation is equally unique, having received advanced ASAM Levels of Care training directly from one of the co-authors of the ASAM Criteria.

AI-Powered Revenue Cycle Management

At ClearPath, we believe the future of revenue cycle management is the combination of advanced technology and experienced human expertise. Under Austyn Sanchez’s leadership, ClearPath is actively integrating artificial intelligence and intelligent automation throughout the billing process to increase speed, accuracy, and visibility while allowing our team to focus their expertise where it matters most. Our AI initiatives are designed to streamline traditionally labor-intensive processes such as insurance verification, payment and remittance posting, accounts receivable analysis, and collections prioritization. By using technology to identify patterns, surface discrepancies, organize work queues, and accelerate repetitive administrative tasks, our team can respond faster and devote more time to complex claims, payer issues, denials, and revenue opportunities that require human judgment. AI does not replace the ClearPath team—it makes our team more powerful. The result is a smarter, faster, more proactive revenue cycle built to help our clients collect the revenue they have earned.

What truly sets Clearpath apart isn’t our titles; it’s our experience solving the exact problems our clients face every day.

Whether you’re opening your first facility or expanding across multiple states, we’ve likely been where you are. We’ve built programs from the ground up, prepared organizations for accreditation, optimized admissions departments, negotiated payer contracts, reduced denial rates to industry-leading levels, and created scalable systems that support healthy payer mixes, strong staff morale, sustained census growth, and long-term financial success.

Our philosophy is simple: meet every client where they are. We believe exceptional patient care and exceptional financial performance should never compete, they should strengthen one another. That’s the standard we built Clearpath on, and it’s the standard we bring to every organization we serve.

Michael Sanchez
Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer

Michael Sanchez serves as Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Clearpath, bringing financial discipline, strategic perspective, and operational leadership to the organization. He plays an essential role in translating Clearpath’s growth into a sustainable business—helping guide financial strategy, evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and ensure that the company continues to scale without compromising the quality and accountability that define its work.

Michael provides an important balance between vision and execution. His approach is thoughtful, measured, and grounded in the long-term health of both Clearpath and the organizations it serves. As a Managing Partner, he is deeply invested in the company’s people, clients, and future, and his leadership helps ensure that Clearpath grows intentionally rather than simply growing quickly. Together with Austyn, Michael has helped build a company where financial performance and genuine partnership are not competing priorities—they are inseparable parts of the same mission.

Austyn Sanchez
Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Austyn Sanchez is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Clearpath and the driving force behind the company’s philosophy that revenue cycle management should be proactive, transparent, strategic, and deeply personal. With extensive hands-on experience throughout behavioral healthcare operations and revenue cycle management, Austyn built Clearpath around an understanding that providers need far more than a company that submits claims—they need a partner willing to understand their organization, identify opportunities, solve difficult problems, and take genuine ownership of their financial success.

Austyn remains deeply involved in the work itself, from revenue modeling and payer strategy to system configuration, complex collections, audits, operational improvement, and client growth. She is known for approaching problems others consider unsolvable with persistence, creativity, and an unwillingness to accept “that’s just how it works” as an answer. Her leadership has created a culture in which every dollar matters, every client relationship matters, and every member of the Clearpath team understands that the ultimate goal extends beyond billing: helping behavioral healthcare organizations become financially strong enough to continue changing lives.

Rose Menelas
Director of Utilization Review

Rose Menelas leads Clearpath’s Utilization Review division with a deep appreciation for the relationship between clinical care, documentation, medical necessity, authorization, and reimbursement. She works at the intersection of clinical and financial operations, helping ensure that the services providers deliver are supported appropriately throughout the authorization and review process.

Rose approaches utilization review with both urgency and thoughtfulness. She understands that behind every authorization is a person receiving care and a provider depending upon the payer to honor coverage for medically necessary services. Her ability to communicate effectively, stay organized through complicated payer processes, and advocate persistently makes her an invaluable resource to both Clearpath and our clients. She brings a level of ownership to her work that reflects exactly what we expect from our leadership team.

Andrew Turner
Director of Business Development

Andrew Turner serves as the bridge between Clearpath and the organizations searching for a better way to manage their revenue cycle. As Director of Business Development, Andrew takes the time to understand each organization before proposing a solution—its challenges, goals, existing workflows, payer landscape, and vision for growth. His approach reflects one of Clearpath’s core beliefs: successful RCM relationships should feel like partnerships, not vendor arrangements.

Andrew’s strength lies in relationship building. He brings authenticity, responsiveness, and a genuine investment in the success of the people he works with. From the first conversation through onboarding and long-term growth, Andrew helps ensure clients understand not only what Clearpath can do, but how our team can become an extension of theirs. His dedication to building lasting relationships has made him an important part of Clearpath’s continued growth.

Nataly Colas
Director of Charge Entry

Nataly Colas leads Clearpath’s charge entry operations and plays a critical role in ensuring that services move accurately and efficiently from clinical documentation into the billing cycle. She understands that the quality of a claim begins long before it reaches a payer. Her team focuses on getting the details right at the beginning—reviewing information carefully, identifying potential issues, and helping ensure claims are positioned for clean and timely submission.

Nataly combines exceptional attention to detail with an impressive ability to manage volume without sacrificing quality. She takes tremendous pride in her department and holds herself and her team accountable to the standards our clients depend upon. Her dedication to accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement helps create the strong front end necessary for an effective revenue cycle.

Tamara Bacon
Director of Posting

Tamara Bacon oversees one of the most detail-sensitive components of the revenue cycle: ensuring that payments, adjustments, remittances, and account activity are accurately reflected within our clients’ billing systems. Her work provides the financial foundation upon which meaningful accounts receivable management depends. When posting is accurate, Clearpath can identify exactly what was paid, what remains outstanding, where discrepancies exist, and what requires additional action.

Tamara brings extraordinary patience and attention to detail to her department, understanding that even a seemingly small posting discrepancy can distort the larger financial picture. She is committed to maintaining clean, reliable account data and ensuring that the collections and leadership teams have information they can trust. Her dedication to accuracy makes her an integral part of Clearpath’s ability to provide clients with true visibility into their revenue.

Jabin Robinson
Director of Contracting and Credentialing

Jabin Robinson leads Clearpath’s contracting and credentialing division, helping providers navigate one of healthcare’s most complicated and consequential administrative landscapes. From payer enrollment and credentialing to contracting and ongoing maintenance, Jabin works to ensure providers are positioned correctly with payers so they can deliver services—and ultimately be reimbursed for them. Credentialing and enrollment directly affect a provider’s ability to access revenue, making disciplined tracking and follow-through essential.

Jabin brings organization, persistence, and strategic thinking to processes that often require months of communication and meticulous follow-up. He understands that credentialing is not simply paperwork; it is a critical component of a provider’s growth strategy. His commitment to seeing applications, contracts, and payer relationships through to completion helps Clearpath clients expand services, enter new markets, onboard providers, and build stronger foundations for long-term growth

Om Yadav
Data Analyst

Om Yadav is the analytical engine behind Clearpath’s commitment to transparency and data-driven revenue cycle management. He transforms complex billing and financial information into meaningful insights that allow our leadership team and clients to understand not simply what is happening within their revenue cycle, but why it is happening. His work helps identify trends, uncover revenue opportunities, measure performance, and expose problems before they become larger financial issues.

What distinguishes Om is his ability to bring clarity to enormous amounts of information without losing sight of the operational story behind the numbers. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy support everything from revenue forecasting and accounts receivable analysis to performance reporting and strategic decision-making. Om helps ensure that Clearpath does not operate on assumptions—we operate on data.

Ravinder Singh
Collections Director

Ravinder Singh leads Clearpath’s collections efforts with persistence, precision, and an exceptional understanding of the complexities that exist within behavioral health revenue cycle management. He approaches accounts receivable as something that requires investigation rather than simple follow-up—digging into unpaid and underpaid claims, identifying the true barriers to reimbursement, and working relentlessly toward resolution. His ability to recognize patterns and understand payer behavior makes him an invaluable resource in recovering revenue that may otherwise have been overlooked.

Ravinder is equally committed to the clients behind the numbers. He understands that every outstanding claim represents revenue a provider has already earned, and he takes personal ownership of ensuring that Clearpath pursues it with urgency. His consistency, accountability, and determination set the standard for Clearpath’s collections team and make him an essential part of protecting the financial health of the organizations we serve.
